Description

Szilvas Gomboc: Triple Vanilla EDT is a Smoothie Sour with 11% ABV, brewed as a liquid take on the traditional Hungarian plum dumpling dessert. The profile opens with clear notes of plum and cinnamon, bringing a distinctly sweet and sour character.

This one-off release from the Szilvas Gomboc series stands out through an extra addition of Bourbon vanilla. Even though the alcohol level is high, the pastry elements and the natural acidity of the base beer keep it in the background. The recipe relies strictly on natural ingredients.
