Cerbero: Purple Label takes the traditional Old / Stock Ale style and steers it in a vinous direction. The recipe includes Saba emiliana, which is cooked Trebbiano grape must, making up 4% of the batch and setting a clear fruity tone.

The beer spends a full year resting in wine barrels. This aging process deepens the grape influence while the firm bitterness keeps everything grounded. At 9.8% ABV, the alcohol becomes more noticeable towards the warm finish.

Ca' del Brado is a microbrewery located in Pianoro, Italy, dedicating its catalog to wild fermentations and unconventional barrel-aged beers. Over time, their distinct approach has turned them into a steady presence on the craft beer market.
