No need to rush
If you already know which beers you want, an order can be completed in just a few minutes. But there is no rush. Craft beer is about discovery, and sometimes it is worth comparing two or three products, reading the descriptions, or learning more about a brewery before deciding.
If this is your first order, we recommend choosing a few different styles instead of multiple similar beers. It is one of the easiest ways to discover what you really like.

Search for the product you are interested in
You can search by the name of the beer, brewery, style (IPA, Stout, Sour etc.), or you can browse through categories if you want to discover something new.

Add to cart
Choose the quantity, then click the "ADD TO CART" button for each product you want. You can add as many products as you like, and the cart will update automatically. You can always change the quantity directly from the shopping cart.

Check your shopping cart
On the "Shopping cart" page, check if you have added all the products and if the quantities match your desire. If you change a quantity or remove a product, the order total is updated automatically. If you have a discount code or a voucher, you can enter it at this stage. Then click the "CHECKOUT" button.

Fill in the order details
On the "Submit order" page, enter your billing and delivery details, choose the delivery method, and select the payment method. Carefully check the address and phone number. These help us deliver the order without delays. If you choose our own delivery in Bucharest, we will contact you by phone or via SMS/WhatsApp to establish the delivery details. If you have special requests, you can specify them on this page as well. After providing all the information, click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button.

Make the payment (if you chose card)
If you selected to pay online by card, you will be redirected to the payment processor's page. The payment is processed through a secure platform. We do not store your card details.

What happens after you submit the order?
- You receive a confirmation email.
- We prepare the order manually.
- We dispatch it or deliver it ourselves, if it is in Bucharest.
- If you chose delivery by courier or EasyBox, you will receive the AWB for tracking the parcel.
- You receive the order. We hope you discover a beer you will return to next time.
A possible scenario
If you can't find the beer you are looking for
Some beers are produced in limited batches and can quickly go out of stock. If they are no longer available, you can explore similar products or contact us for recommendations. Sometimes beers return to stock, and other times they are replaced by new batches or different editions.

From our experience, most orders are placed in less than five minutes. If you are not sure what to choose, take your time. Sometimes a good recommendation is worth more than ten additional applied filters.
If this is your first time ordering craft beer, don't feel like you have to choose the "perfect beer". Many customers discover new styles by trying two or three different beers in the same order.
