Description

Intrecci Alba 23 is an Italian Grape Ale that bridges the gap between traditional brewing and natural winemaking. It pours a hazy, bright yellow liquid, driven by 2023 Albana grape skins sourced directly from the Orsi - Vigneto San Vito winery.

Grapes make up 10% of the recipe and directly shape the acidity of the profile. The spontaneous fermentation and aging in wooden barrels bring out a rustic character, while the mix of barley malt, wheat, and rye provides the necessary body for the 7.4% ABV.
