Saison Dupont Biologique is a Saison that keeps things moderate with a 5.5% ABV. The brewing specs point to a very low bitterness, leaning entirely on the historic farmhouse ale character rather than aggressive hops or high alcohol.

Brasserie Dupont operates out of Leuze-en-Hainaut, Belgium, on a working farm that traces its roots back to 1759. The grounds also include a bread bakery and a cheese-making facility. While their top-selling beer was originally a blonde ale, the international popularity of their Saison turned them into one of the most widely recognized breweries on the global craft scene.
