Description

One Beer Later Wake Up is a New England IPA that focuses on tropical fruit aromas and a soft, approachable texture.

Brewed in Buzau, Romania, this recipe highlights Nectaron and Citra hops. Together, they bring out clear notes of citrus and tropical fruits. The taste follows the same path, supported by a medium, hazy body and a moderate bitterness that never overwhelms the fruity character.

The 6% ABV stays quietly in the background, keeping the finish clean and refreshing. If you usually enjoy modern IPAs where the hops provide fruitiness rather than a sharp, resinous bite, this one goes exactly in that direction.
