Description

Everything Is Temporary La is a Smoothie Sour built around dense fruit puree and a balanced tartness. The primary flavor profile is driven by blackcurrant and raspberry, giving the beer a sharp, refreshing berry character.

The addition of taro powder and vanilla softens the fruit acidity, providing a smoother and slightly sweet finish. At 5% ABV, the alcohol remains subtle, allowing the fruit and vanilla notes to lead the taste.

Mad Scientist is a craft brewery based in Budapest, Hungary, with one of the largest footprints on the European craft scene. This release is a collaboration with UK-based brewery Azvex Brewing Company from Liverpool, created for Budapest Beer Week.
