Luna Veche is a traditional Mead that relies on linden honey to create a rich, smooth and layered texture. The 14% ABV provides steady structure without covering the primary floral honey characte.

The liquid gains its distinct profile from 12 months of aging in a bourbon barrel. This specific step develops clear aromas of warm oak and vanilla, leaving a finish that carries subtle but noticeable hints of bourbon.

Fool Moon is a recently opened meadery from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with a small catalog focused entirely on locally sourced honey. This release was crafted in collaboration with Blackout Brewing, merging the meadery's local ingredients with Blackout's focus on barrel-aged projects.
