Description

The Coffee One is an Imperial Stout defined by its collaboration with Uzina Coffee. The traditional dark elements of the style step back to make room for aromas of roasted coffee, joined by notes of chocolate, fruit, and flowers.

The recipe uses a naturally processed coffee blend from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Costa Rica, roasted specifically for this batch. A grain bill featuring Chocolate malt and roasted barley supports the cocoa direction, while Chinook and Columbus hops have minimal impact. The 9.5% ABV adds noticeable weight towards the finish.

This beer was released as a limited edition. One Beer Later is a microbrewery from Buzau, Romania, whose lineup ranges from classic recipes to experimental batches. Due to its current reach, the brewery is mainly known among active craft beer enthusiasts.
