Description

Eugen is an Imperial Stout built around robust rum and cacao notes. The rum barrel aging process shapes the initial aroma and dictates the heavy direction of the beer.

Oat flakes are used during brewing to create a thicker, fuller texture. The 10.2% alcohol adds noticeable warmth to the finish, while the addition of cacao nibs highlights the roasted barley malt base.
