Description

The Pepper One is an Imperial Stout with a 9.5% ABV and a clear spicy side. The recipe uses a blend of three different peppers to add a gentle heat to the dark base.

The grain bill includes Romanian barley malt, alongside wheat, roasted, crystal and chocolate malts. The spicy kick reveals itself slowly on the second taste, while Chinook and Columbus hops complete the ingredient list.

One Beer Later is a microbrewery from Buzau, Romania, founded in 2017 by a French brewer. Their production covers both traditional recipes and experimental batches, and the brand is well known among regular craft beer followers.
