Quadrupel: Cognac BA is a Belgian Quadrupel where the barrel influence clearly takes the lead. The aroma brings forward distinct notes of dried fruit and honeyed figs, followed closely by toasted almond.

On the palate, the malt base and the 9.2% ABV are shaped by the extended aging process. The texture remains supple, making room for vanilla and subtle oak-spice. The finish is long and dry, leaving behind a lingering impression of brandy.
