Description

The Sea of Sleep is a remarkably smooth DDH NEIPA beer that welcomes you with an intense wave of fresh tropical fruits, lime, and sweet berry notes. Crafted with obvious passion by Hop Hooligans in Bucharest, Romania, this craft beer perfectly reflects their rebellious spirit of brewing only the bold drinks they would love to enjoy themselves. Pour it in a glass to admire a gorgeous hazy yellow color, crowned by a thick head that hints at a highly appealing aromatic profile. It is the ideal reward after a busy day, designed to completely relax you with every single sip.

As you bring the glass closer, your nose is enveloped by the rich essential oils extracted from the Rakau, Wakatu, and the innovative Superdelic hops. These modern varieties bring vibrant notes of sweet peach, stone fruits, and a subtle green citrus vibe. The London Ale III yeast contributes to a silky texture that magnifies the overall charm of the brew. You will notice how The Sea of Sleep gently reveals its sweet floral undertones, leading to a moderately bitter yet astonishingly clean finish. It is obvious that Hop Hooligans carefully thought out every detail so you can enjoy perfect harmony in your glass.
