Description

Burning Passion is a Smoothie Sour that matches a dominant fruity character with a noticeable spicy kick. The flavor mainly features passion fruit, blood orange, and peach, while a touch of lemon juice adds extra tartness.

The recipe includes ice cream powder, which thickens the texture and brings enough sweetness to tone down the sourness of the fruit. As the fruity notes settle, Habanero peppers take over the finish, leaving a lingering heat that stays with you between sips.

Hop Hooligans is a craft brewery from Bucharest, Romania, known for its strongly flavored and unconventional beers. Thanks to its wide presence, it is one of the most widely distributed breweries on the craft scene.
