Description

Bakery Baboon is a Smoothie Sour made to replicate a classic banoffee pie. The taste relies heavily on banana, caramel, and toffee, paired with the clear sweetness of ice cream powder.

The fruit puree and milk powder create a very thick consistency. To keep the dessert-like character from becoming too heavy, the recipe includes lime juice and orange puree, adding a noticeable and necessary layer of tartness.
