Description

Pinata is an aromatic Pale Ale that pairs a generous hop profile with a balanced, accessible bitterness. The double dry-hopping method pushes the Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe additions to the forefront of the aroma and taste.

While the hops dictate the flavor, the body stays remarkably light. Oat flakes are used in the mash to provide a softer texture, rounding out the profile without making the beer feel heavy. The 5.1% ABV and moderate bitterness make this a highly refreshing option.
