Description

Boyar's Brew is a unique Braggot Style Ale born from a creative partnership between Hop Hooligans in Bucharest, Romania, and Labietis in Riga, Latvia. The taste profile offers an elegant floral character, gently intertwined with hints of acacia honey and a touch of anise-like spice.

You will experience a dry and spritzy mouthfeel, featuring notes of pollen and subtle traces of underripe berries. The brewers utilized Saphir hops to balance the richness of the honey, creating a harmonious craft beer. This blend stands as a perfect companion for your social evenings.
