Description

Zirconia is a slightly sweet Weiss, bringing forward the expected aromas of banana and cloves. It has a cloudy, yellow appearance, topped with a fine white head.

The base is built with wheat malt, barley malt, and oats. This combination supports the hazy look and adds structure, while the 5% alcohol volume keeps the profile accessible, with very low bitterness throughout the drink.

Amalgam is a nanobrewery based in Gherla, Romania. Based on their current presence, they are a recently opened brewery with a still small catalog, focusing entirely on small, unpasteurized, and unfiltered batches.
