Van Moll makes craft beer in Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, since 2013. Jaap Hermans and Erwin van Moll brought brewing back to this city in the Netherlands after 50 years. They started with a small setup under a bar and eventually moved to their own factory.
Having their own factory means they set their own production pace and do not depend on the schedule of another brewery. They can decide internally when to free up a tank for a new batch. Since 2013 they have released over 470 different recipes. If you follow them you always have something new to try.
Their lineup includes IPA. This style is for those who want to feel the hops and bitterness more clearly. When they focus on dark malts they make Imperial Stout. This is a strong and dense beer, built for slow drinking, with higher alcohol. Van Moll beers have gathered over one hundred thousand ratings on Untappd.
