Brewery from Bulgaria Sofia Electric
Sofia, Bulgaria
Sofia Electric produces craft beer in Sofia, Bulgaria, since 2020. The brewery emerged from the founders' desire to return to fermentation after years spent in other fields, quickly focusing on recipes that gained traction within the local and international community.
Since their inception, they have released over 190 different recipes. This variety means that if you follow their work, you will always find something new to try, regardless of your preference for hoppy profiles or malt-forward characteristics.
Their beers are well-rated on Untappd, with over a hundred thousand ratings accumulated over the years. Each batch undergoes rigorous production control, as the team constantly strives for balanced flavor profiles, whether they are brewing cereal-forward lagers or hop-intense ales.
Sofia Electric beers are available on Brizzly, with fast delivery across Romania. In Bucharest we deliver them ourselves, the same day, so they usually arrive still cold.
