Brewery from Germany Schwarze Rose
Mainz, Germany
Schwarze Rose is a craft brewery in Mainz, Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, established in 2019. The project grew from a group of friends sharing an apartment into a team focused on developing their own recipes. They prioritize constant experimentation and diverse brewing directions.
Each batch is crafted to provide a distinct profile. NEIPA beers are hazy and soft, with tropical notes and low bitterness, meant to be consumed while fresh. Their Stout style features roasted malt notes of coffee and cocoa, with a body that encourages slow sipping.
The Sour Ale range is acidic and refreshing, using ingredients that shift the profile away from traditional beers. Frequent recipe development means there is always a new selection to explore. Their approach is also reflected in the artistic, colorful design of their cans.
Schwarze Rose beers are available on Brizzly, with fast delivery across Romania. In Bucharest we deliver them ourselves, the same day, so they usually arrive still cold.
